What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone, email and service address.
• Service details we need to do the work: gate codes, access notes, pet notes and property details.
• Service records: visit notes, readings and photos of the areas we service.
• Payment information is handled by our payment processor, Stripe. Card and bank numbers go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
• Basic technical data, such as your IP address when you submit a form, to stop spam and abuse.

How we use it

• To provide, schedule and bill for our services.
• To send you service emails, such as visit reports, receipts and replies to your requests.
• To follow up on a quote or request you made.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it except with the companies that help us run the business (for example our payment processor, email provider and web host), or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a customer and for as long as we need it for records, taxes and warranty questions. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, unless we are required to keep it.

Security

Access to customer information is limited to our team, protected by passwords, and sent over encrypted connections.
